Animal husbandry and growing foods have always been a part of my life.

Animal husbandry and growing foods have always been a part of my life.

Our Roots

You know how you always hear, “ You can take the girl out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the girl.” Well that is me. While I am a creative at heart, my passion for animals and their coexistence with the land, bring together my absolute love of gardening and taking care of my mini farm. My appreciation goes out to our water sources and our local natural habitat for hosting such a lovely farm for me, where I get to share the fruits of my labor with you via a cup of homegrown artisan tea.

Our Tea

Our Pena Blanca soil is special. The agricultural atmosphere in this pastoral village is seen throughout. Just south of Cochiti Lake alongside the Rio Grand River, our land promotes natural goodness with a solid mix of well drained soil. Excellent for growing teas, herbs, farm fresh veggies and of course flowers. We take our growing season seriously. Always preparing to cultivate the best arrivals from the farm. Our teas are all processed by hand and prepared for you to taste at the cafe.
