Seedlings Program:

For those curious young minds. This is an education course for the kiddos, ages 5 and up. A fun and adventurous way to learn about growing foods and how the magic of the garden works with a little art project thrown in there. $20pp

GROWTH PROGRAM:

A weekend workshop for the beginner in your life. Gardening from A to Z, they say. In this weekend course we cover the mini farm from the ground up. We will go over soil, region, zones, mapping, production, goals of growing and seed selection. We also discuss maintenance in the off seasons as well as permaculture components to growing. $150pp

“FOUND” FLORAL DESIGn:

Using fresh sustainable flowers, herbs and what ever else we find and I like to think of this course as a creative class focusing on natural wildflowers, weeds, grown flowers, herbs and grasses. Making something right off your property is s special gift. We will discuss intuitive gathering and a personal building of your bouquet. Private parties welcome with a minimum of 8. Minimum age 10. $35pp

GREENHOUSE GROWING:

Having a greenhouse can impact food supply for a family. Knowing how to maneuver temperatures, growing seasons and the mini eco system that a greenhouse owns, it can be tricky. From cold frames to hoop houses and to permanently built structures. They all offer a unique opportunity to offer fresh whole foods. This course is a 2-hour course packed with all kinds of good info! It’ll get you inspired to create a greenhouse out of something! $50pp
